Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

• The order must contain all corresponding parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as received.

• Only normal handling of the product is acceptable; damage due to improper use is not eligible.

• The product must have been identified as defective immediately upon receipt.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, you will receive an official confirmation within this timeframe.
Cailyna reserves the right to refuse any returned items that appear used or damaged due to improper handling.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow the steps below to initiate your return:

1. Contact us through our contact form or at contact@cailyna.com.

2. Provide the following information:

   • Order number

   • Reason for the return request

   • Photo of the product (if damaged)

   • First and last name

   • Customer address

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send returns to the sender’s address. The return address will be communicated after reviewing your request.

All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal under the following conditions if they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes unrelated to their commercial or independent professional activities.

A. Withdrawal Conditions

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

Because our order processing system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately once confirmed. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or interrupt the shipping process after placing the order. Refunds can only be issued after the goods have been returned and received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via our contact form or at contact@cailyna.com and clearly state your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The withdrawal is considered complete once we have received the returned goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Note on Shipping in Transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, and transit times may be longer than average.
Once goods are in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive your order, and if you still wish to withdraw, you may proceed with the return process.

To help us process your withdrawal as quickly as possible, please send us the shipping confirmation once your return has been dispatched.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery fees and any additional costs for non-standard delivery options) within 14 days of receiving and approving your return.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
